Ryan specialises in loan origination and relationship management. He has over 20 years of experience, previously serving as Director of Lending at CapitalRise and was responsible for UK loan origination at Fiduciam.

Colin brings over 29 years of experience in the banking and real estate sector to Phoenix. His expertise spans origination, bridging, and development finance, ensuring all of our clients are in safe hands.

Silviya is our Head of Accounting here at Phoenix Funding. Having joined our organisation in 2021, she has more than twenty years of experience in auditing and accountancy.

Charles is an Underwriter here at Phoenix Funding and has a decade of experience in property finance and law. He has expertise in multi-jurisdiction lending and has previously managed development loan portfolios at Shawbrook Bank and Fiduciam.

Completion Manager

Ruby brings over 12 years of experience to the Phoenix team, derived from regulated, unregulated, commercial, and development lending, having previously spent five years at broker firms before transitioning toward lending. Coming from Glenhawk, Ruby welcomes a new challenge and is excited to help our clients achieve their development goals.

Case Manager

Currently serving as a Case Manager at Phoenix Funding, Lavern brings over 22 years of experience in risk and control. Her career includes positions as Operations Manager, Head of an Internal Business Development team, and National Accounts Manager. She also spent more than eight years as an Underwriter at Coutts, further solidifying her expertise in the financial services industry.
