Leon is our co-founder and partner to the company. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance being the former CEO of MCap, previously having worked at Goldman Sachs and UBS.

Clint is our co-founder and Chief Risk Officer with over 20 years of experience in loan underwriting and credit management, previously having been a director and head of lending at Fiducium and also working at Barclays.

Origination Director

Dan has ten years’ experience in broker-facing property finance. Known for his straightforward, honest approach and strong industry relationships, he works closely with brokers and the wider professional team to structure transactions clearly and take deals from initial enquiry through to completion.

Ryan specialises in loan origination and relationship management. He has over 20 years of experience, previously serving as Director of Lending at CapitalRise and was responsible for UK loan origination at Fiduciam.

Colin brings over 29 years of experience in the banking and real estate sector to Phoenix. His expertise spans origination, bridging, and development finance, ensuring all of our clients are in safe hands.

Head of Accounting

Silviya is our Head of Accounting here at Phoenix Funding. Having joined our organisation in 2021, she has more than twenty years of experience in auditing and accountancy.

Charles is Head of Servicing here at Phoenix Funding and has a decade of experience in property finance and law. He has expertise in multi-jurisdiction lending and has previously managed development loan portfolios at Shawbrook Bank and Fiduciam.

Currently serving as a Case Manager at Phoenix Funding, Lavern brings over 22 years of experience in risk and control. Her career includes positions as Operations Manager, Head of an Internal Business Development team, and National Accounts Manager. She also spent more than eight years as an Underwriter at Coutts, further solidifying her expertise in the financial services industry.
